1. Promote the development of environmentally and economically sound practices regarding the collection, processing, and end use of solid waste, recyclable material, and compostable material.
2. Increase total collection of recyclables, to lower overall costs.
3. Lower the amount of garbage hauled away, to reduce costs.
4. Inform residents of what can be recycled.
Garbage & Recycling
Uintah City residents can sign-up for Garbage and Recycling services at the Uintah City Hall, located at 2191 E 6550 S, Uintah. Garbage service is contracted through Waste Management, and charges are included on your monthly Uintah City utility bill.
Currently garbage pick-up day is on Tuesday.
Recycling pick-up day is on every other Tuesday.
