Building Department

Responsibilities

The Building Department is responsible for plan reviews, issuing building permits, and completing all required building inspections on commercial buildings, residential projects, additions, remodels and basement finishes. In doing so we hope to ensure a safe and secure living and working environment for the citizens and guests of our city.
