Business License

Uintah City offers three types of licensing Commercial, Home Based, and Seasonal (90 day).  

Each year business licenses expire on December 31st and must be renewed and paid for no later than February 28th of the next year to avoid a penalty of double the license fee. 

Fees for licensing:

Commercial- $400

Home Based- $150

Seasonal (90 days)- $75.00
